GVFKA Sponsored Events
4 seasonal gatherings of the GVFKA are scheduled each year. The Winter, Spring, and Fall gatherings are small, intimate events. The 3-day summer event, The Stone Tool Craftsman & Artisan Show, is our large flagship annual primitive skills festival featuring multiple vendors, artisans, demonstrations, and onsite camping for participants. Our knap-ins are all open to the public.
WINTER KNAP-IN
Traditionally held each year on Saturday of the last weekend in January.

Traditionally held each year in August the weekend before Labor Day weekend.

Open to the public; food concessions and group camping available for the weekend.
